Pehestat (Performance and Health Statistics) is a joint venture of two Flemish veterinary practices, Degudap and Galluvet, who together serve more than 80% of Belgian layer farms. 

Pehestat employs experts with knowledge of the poultry business in general and who provide specialised zootechnical consulting to layer farmers. The company combines these knowledge and skills with data acquisition and analysis expertise. 

Pehestat has extensive project management experience, acquired and proven through multiple public-private partnerships. Pehestat combines this with continuous communication and knowledge transfer through their contacts with veterinarians and farmers, closing the gap between research and implementation.
